• Programme Management – we assist our clients with managing complex projects and provide advice in terms of the implementation thereafter. We provide programme management to government departments, provincial governments and to private projects.
• Governance – our experience in procurement prescripts, including audits allows us to support our customers with governance related matters. We can manage a procurement programme or provide oversight to ensure compliance with the procurement prescripts of the national government or local government.
• Municipality Strategic Support – with the increase of projects at the municipal level or utilising municipal infrastructure, we provide strategic support to municipalities in terms of programmes to be implemented to manage load shedding.
• Technical Support – we provide technical support related to procurement of electricity generation facilities. The technical support involves, but is not limited to, the procurement specifications to ensure a fair and transparent procurement process. It is critical for all bidders to have the same level of understanding in relation to the procurement specification to avoid dispute during contract finalisation or implementation.
• Legal Support – we have the capabilities to provide project finance related legal support. It is critical to provide legal support to our client and minimise the cost of preparing projects. We also have partnerships with local and internal firms.
Financial Support – financial support relates only to infrastructure projects. The support includes raising of capital from the local and international market for a specific project as identified by our client. We supplement our capabilities through our partners.
• Economic Development – we understand all projects require compliance with different legislation in relation to Economic Development. We ensure compliance with the procurement prescripts whilst allowing each organ of state to develop its own specific goals to support its economic development objectives.
• Information Technology – we customize programmes through our inhouse IT software. Our software can be customers depending on the expectation of the procuring client. This may include a system for bid receiving and bid management during the evaluation.
